Presentations

Slide decks are a powerful tool to communicate our mission, inspire confidence, and foster meaningful connections with our audience.

Presentations should be clear, impactful, and visually engaging. Use visual elements thoughtfully to design slides that are balanced and consistent, with layouts that prioritize content and information hierarchy. Each slide should reflect Enara’s commitment to professionalism and innovation while maintaining a polished and cohesive look.

Layout: Tables and Graphs

Layout: Thirds

Slide using rule-of-thirds layout

Organizing slides using the rule of thirds creates visually balanced layouts, guiding the viewer’s attention to key points.

  • Visual Flow: Align key content along the gridlines created by dividing the slide into thirds. Direct attention from visuals to text.
  • Balance and Structure: Place complementary elements (imagery and text) in adjacent thirds. Keep margins consistent (0.2 in top, 0.1 in sides) for harmony.
  • Prioritization: Highlight critical information at intersections of thirds to maintain visual hierarchy.

Layout: Center

Centered layouts are ideal for presenting structured content in a visually balanced and clear way.

  • Central Focus: Place the most important content or visual at the center to create a clear focal point.
  • Symmetry: Use a radial or symmetrical design to distribute supporting elements (icons, images, text) evenly around the center.
  • Hierarchy: Arrange content in logical layers — headline at top, supporting visuals or text below. Group related elements together.
